Krypton premieres on the Sy-Fi Channel on Wednesday, March 21.

It centers on Kal-El's grandparents & parents years prior to the destruction of the planet.

Latest trailer shows a awesome looking Brainiac. A character that should have been done in live action long ago.
Nah,not counting the Smallville iteration of Brainy.

Lost In Space will be rebooted on Netflix on Friday,April 13. The trailer doesn't show a great deal but what there is looks intriguing. And Dr. Smith will be played by Parker Posey, queen of the Indy films.

Yet ANOTHER Lost in Space fiasco? Is this really the best that "creative" minds can come up with? I suppose a reboot of Gilligan's Island is imminent too.

Instead of El Zorro as the father figure of the Lost in Space group, we get Captain Flint from Black Sails, which was kind of a big prequel to "Treasure Island"... though Toby Stephens is a proper classically trained British actor who has played lots of big roles in the theatre, as well as cinema and television... he even played the starring role in a dramatised documentary, "The Wild West – Custer's Last Stand," I see...

I didn't care much for the robot voice in the teaser trailer, and having a female Dr Smith seems a strange idea - hardly a feminist role model, if they don't change his role too much.

The Krypton thing seems a bit complicated, what with Adam Strange going back in time, presumably by zeta beam. Does it still count as yet another prequel...?
