YouTube has a number of episodes from this great show, and the picture quality suggests that they're from the restored DVDs sold by Shout Factory.

From IMDB: A break through in rocket design "Project 44" means a team of 8 astronauts are to be selected to go on a mission to Mars. Those planning the project have to deal with the emotional stress of such a voyage along with the obvious physical needs.

This is a very dramatic episode which depicts preparations to train a crew for the first trip to Mars. It's a good story, but it lacks the kind of imagination and original concepts that make so many of the other episodes a delight to watch.

Bill Williams is in charge of the astronaut training, and he pushes the trainees hard to get them ready. But it turns out that one of the trainees wants to sabotage the project, so he rigs a series of "accidents". Bill exposes the saboteur and gets the project back on track.
