Bounty Hunter Dante Montana and his ragtag crew are commissioned to track and capture dangerous interplanetary criminals, including an evil force Dante believes kidnapped his son Travis. At the same time, covert forces are waging a desperate war to unlock the secrets of the Divinity Cluster - powerful knowledge that would mean universal domination by those who unlock it's secret.

Season one is the search for criminals while searching for his kidnapped son. Nearing the end of the first season, Dante's son is found, but now it's Dante's turn to be taken.

Season 2 has the crew led by Dante's son in a search for his missing father.

During the original telecast, there was a one year gap between season one and season two which was never explained.

Unusual, but very cool show.

It seems that the lovely Percy Montana was one of only two characters continuing from the first to the second season - which is a strange way to run a series. About a year ago, there was talk of a planned third full season; I wonder if that is still a live project.

Starhunter is not available on Netflix, but it can be streamed at Vidzi.tv, or downloaded using Clip Converter. Here's the Vidlink link for what is supposed to be episode 1, but unfortunately it's episode 6, Peer Pressure.

But it will give you a taste of that the series is like.
Very Happy

Actually I own the box DVD set (I bought it used at a library sale for $3) but I have never watched it. Maybe Bud and I can watch it this summer. I got the impression it was an Australian TV series, but I could be wrong.

Get better soon, Randy Smile
