I have this pre-ordered at amazon.ca for $139.99CDN which, courtesy of the current exchange rate, translates into a very reasonable $105.00US with free-shipping.

In a cruel twist of fate, amazon has scheduled this to arrive on the same day I'm in the hospital for a colonoscopy. Talk about mixed emotions!
