Well, I've been posting chapters of my novel for two weeks (12 chapters to date), but the only person who has bothered to comment is Butch -- from his hospital bed.

I've created original illustrations using modified images from the internet and extensive enhancements with Microsoft Paint. Seems like somebody would have at least said, "Hey, nice pictures."

I start with something like this --

I had fun creating alien planets from pictures of unusual places here on Earth.









I took a screen grab of the shuttle in Avatar --



-- and made it the cockpit of the starship in my story.



And the second picture below is a scene showing the crew watching a movie in the cockpit.





Anyway, that's what I've been up to lately. Just thought I'd mention it.
